Service Description
This 2 hour session is broken up into two sections giving you the ultimate experience that is tailored completely to your needs. We will bring everything with us to set up your personal relaxation space from yoga mats, massage couch and relaxing scents to calm the mind. We like to arrive slightly earlier and run through the consultation with you so that it doesn't eat into your time and make sure that we get a full understanding of how best to tailor the session. The first hour is a slow journey of flowing movements, starting with the flow of deep breathing. Focusing on our breathing at the beginning of the session and keeping this focus throughout the yoga and the massage to relax and release tension. We will stretch through the whole body, easing into positions that will benefit your body and help open up any tight areas, preparing you for your massage. At the end of the first hour of movement, we then move on to the massage couch and as discussed in the consultation, we can work on any areas that have tension, like the legs and glutes or shoulders, neck and head. If you don't have much tension we can do a nice full body massage leaving you completed relaxed after the whole session. We will go through the after care advice with you and mostly importantly after having this full body session we recommend you take your time before heading back to a normal speed of doing things. You may need some time to gain clarity and focus after completely switching off.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be made with 24 hours notice before your appointment is due to start. Refunds will only be available if made with 24 hours notice.
