Service Description

This 1 hour treatment is designed to work on areas of aches, pains and lack of movement. Which normally are areas such as the legs, glutes and feet or the back shoulders and neck. This massage incorporates various massage techniques and movements to promote a sense of relaxation after working on areas of tension. A consultation before the massage determines how we can tailor the massage specifically for you. Working with you on your needs, the massage is a combination of long flowing, sweeping movements joined with the hands, knuckles, elbows and forearms to apply pressure where needed releasing any myofascial restrictions of the deeper layers in the muscle tissue causing pain and tension. Working these areas, you will feel sore for a day or two after however you will feel how the tension has been worked out of the muscles and give you movement back into the areas needed.
