This fully immersive massage takes 2 hours of time for you to completely relax and unwind. Massage is so important for the body, mind and spirit to be able to regenerate and switch off to the daily tasks of normal life. Within your treatment we will focus on areas of tension and let them dissolve with massage techniques that will help to relax the nervous system, reducing blood pressure, increase blood circulation, reducing the stress and pain hormones and encourage production of the feel good endorphins, reducing anxiety and encouraging restful sleep. Working from the back of legs, through to the back, shoulders, neck and a relaxing head massage, then turning over and working on the face, arms, fronts of the legs and finishing at the feet grounding you back down. This treatment is designed to completely work the body from head to toe, leaving you in the comfort of your own home to continue the benefits of the massage and encouraging a deep restful sleep.
