There are so many benefits of massage these are just a few. I like to think of it like a tree, where the massage is the main trunk and the branches are the benefits which bunch together and bloom.


Its not just about the benefits of massage, its about how it makes you feel. There are lots of different types of massage that many people don't know about, or they only go because of pain or injury. However massage has been around for so long and has been used to treat people for all conditions and is used to keep the body healthy rather than going because the body hurts.


Notice how after the massage, you feel calm, relaxed and sleepy. This is because we are all holding on to tension and stress in the body. When you've had a massage, that warm fuzzy feeling makes you feel as though nothing matters, any stress, anxiety and an overactive mind has been able to switch off.
