Hi I'm Sara, 

My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies.

"I started moving because I wanted to lose weight.

What I discovered was something much bigger.

Movement gave me more energy, more confidence, and a better relationship with myself.

It helped me feel capable again.

 

Now I'm creating the kind of community I wish I'd had when I started—a place where women can support each other, celebrate progress, and discover what's possible when they stop doing it alone."

The 4 Week Feel Better Project isn’t about transforming your entire life in a short space of time.

Real change comes from consistency over time.

What we’re building together are the foundations:

• Moving your body more regularly
• Feeling more comfortable in your body
• Building confidence through small wins
• Creating momentum that supports long-term change

This is about starting the journey toward:

• More energy
• Better mood and mindset
• Greater freedom in how you move
• A stronger, more positive relationship with your body

  • Short, simple movement sessions designed to help you feel better in your body without needing motivation or long workouts.

  • We move together once a week on Zoom.
