Hi I'm Sara, 

My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies.​

Movement gave me more energy, more confidence, and a better relationship with myself.​

It helped me feel capable again.

As a massage therapist, yoga instructor, movement coach and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, I understand the demands that training places on the body.

I've worked with athletes, gym-goers and active adults to help them move more freely, recover better and build long-term resilience.

My goal isn't simply to make you more flexible.

It's to help you build a body that supports the activities you love.
